These Terms apply to services provided by PSM Locksmiths.
PSM Locksmiths is a sole trader business operated by Paul Steven Montgomery, Ipswich, Suffolk.
1. Services
We provide auto locksmith services including:
All services are subject to availability.
2. Quotations
Quotes are provided based on information supplied by the customer.
Final costs may vary if:
Customers will be informed before additional work is carried out.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card and approved payment methods.
Parts supplied remain property of PSM Locksmiths until paid in full.
4. Cancellation
Customers may cancel an appointment prior to attendance.
Where emergency or same-day service has been requested and work has begun, cancellation rights may not apply under Consumer Contracts Regulations.

5. Liability
We will carry out work with reasonable care and skill.
We are not liable for:

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
