Refund & Cancellation Policy

PSM Locksmiths aims to provide transparent and fair service.

1. Cancellation Before Attendance

You may cancel an appointment before we attend without charge.

2. Emergency & Same-Day Services

Where emergency services are requested and work has begun, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may not apply.

This includes:

  • Vehicle entry
  • Key cutting/programming
  • Diagnostic work

 

3. Faulty Parts

If a part supplied by us is defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse
  • Normal wear and tear

 

4. Labour Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for a reasonable period following service.

5. Refund Requests
